We have three core programmes: OPALS, CATCH, and HOME. Each programme branches out into smaller projects:

OPAL

The OPAL programme helps increase a sense of value for older people by providing opportunities to stay active, be creative, make friends, and enjoy life. The programme benefits members through social connections, active participation in the community, healthy eating, fun and entertainment, learning new skills, and the chance to go on trips that they might not undertake alone.
